We're always interested in feedback, both from potential clients using the Bidlegal service and from law firms. We'll also try to give you any feedback we may get about you. For example, you may be losing out to other more successful bidders. If we can find out why, we'll let you know.

Likewise, if you think there's anything we need to know about any of the potential clients who use the Bidlegal service, please tell us. We hope we won't have to 'blacklist' people from using the service but we've reserved the right to do so in our Terms & Conditions. After all, our learned judges created the concept of 'vexatious litigant'!
